Established by the Urban Development Institute of Australia, their assessment recognises outstanding performance in key sustainability categories. Multiple AVID communities have achieved EnviroDevelopment accreditation, ensuring we have met the standards across Ecosystems, Waste, Water, Materials, Energy and Community categories. When you choose an AVID community you can expect to live in an address that has been designed and delivered sensitive to the natural environment.

Sustainability at Savana

We are proud that Savana has achieved the ‘Four Leaf’ national EnviroDevelopment certification in masterplanned communities from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
